We got a free upgrade to a Master Suite, which was like a palace. The bathroom was enormous and it came with a his-and-hers sink, a jacuzzi, and even his-and-hers shower (head). We appreciated the upgrade, but it felt a bit too extravagant for a one-night stay... We were too tired to use the jacuzzi. :-) We were worried that no one would be around to open up for us because of our midnight arrival, but a night watchman and a front desk person were on duty to receive us.

Excellent location near airport. The walk time to the airport using a pedestrian bridge is about the same as a shuttle drive time, 7 minutes or so. We walked with our carry on bags. Youd need their shuttle only if you have checked luggage maybe. There was two restaurants off the lobby, very convenient. Room size was good, and we never found it noisy being next to an airport.

Location is perfect for the Airport, 4 minutes. There’s a free shuttle Hotel-Airport. The staff is very friendly, internet was working good. Breakfast is by menu so you can go downstairs to the restaurant and pay directly there. The room is spacious and clean, the shower in the bathroom was fantastic. There are two elevators. Around the area, just 3 minutes walking there’s an OXXO store where you can buy small groceries like drinks, sandwich, chips, cookies, snacks, etc.

The staff was friendlier from the first time I stayed. The person who stored my luggage while I waited for my room was very friendly and helpful. He pointed me to the mall that was nearby and gave me helpful directions. I was given an early check in when a room became available before check in time.

My wife and I are grateful to the hotel and its Manager Maribel Martell who took special personalized care for my wife’s horrible skin abscess. Maribel kindly arranged for appointment with a Dermatologist and in addition provide her car and the driver to take us to the doctor and bring us back to the hotel. We remain grateful to the Manager and all the staff at all levels.. from reception to porters to shuttle, etc. We stayed for 16 nights as against our original plan of 4 days. We will definitely return in a few months as We Hotel has become our second home!!

Great location for people flying in and out of Mexico City. The porters are attentive. The hotel restaurant is relaxing and the food is good. We had an excellent and very professional waiter.

The property was fine. Clean and nice staff. The drive from the airport looks like it’s taking you to a bad part of the city but the hotel is fine once you get inside. Not sure I would venture outside at night as a single women traveler. The restaurant was Ok the waiters were nice and very accommodating both at dinner and breakfast. Good place for a nights stop over close to the airport.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the airport, which made my travel day stress-free. The free shuttle service was on time, clean, and super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. For the price, it was excellent value. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
